Atypical Fiscal years

Not all clients have a fiscal year that ends Q4/December.

For advertisers who have a calendar fiscal (Jan-December), if the team wants to extend the campaign into the new year, approval in writing from CAMO is needed in order to extend. 

Clients who do not have a calendar fiscal (bold = still active brands. not bold & gray = dead brands).  If any of these want to extend a campaign beyond the current fiscal year, written approval from CAMO is needed:

Fox: July - June
Invesco: Anything QQQs Fiscal = Oct – September, All other LOBs = Jan – December
Lightbox: Apr - March
MLH: July - June
Mohegan Sun: Oct - Sept
Moose Toys: July - June
NYULH: Sept - August
PWC Brand US: July - June
Quebec Maple: April - Mar
ACS is in the middle of transitioning their fiscal year (as of jan 2025)
