CrossConnect (XC) digital campaign set up

CrossConnect (XC) digital campaign set up

Crossconnect campaigns are when the out of home/print teams have digital bundled into their print buys.  This is often done with another agency (Active International is one).  AdOps has to activate the digital portion.
  1. The whole plan would be built in OSD
    1. You'd submit a complete builder, as usual
    2. You'd still do your estimate assignments, you'd still send out your iOS
    3. The campaign would not be pushed to CM
  2. The AdOps account coordinators would build the campaign in CM with the actual sites, not XC sites
    1. The sites in CM would be Hulu, would be Sightly, would be Nexxen, for example.
      1. You wouldn't see XC -Hulu, it would just say Hulu. So that'll allow for the reporting contacts at Hulu to be able to access the campaign without having to do any kind of reporting set up and and emailing from our end out to either active or the supplier themselves.
    2. IAS will also not be impacted by this.
So really the only change to the workflow would be from the from Jared and Andrew. And then of course if there's any updates like if you have budget increases, decreases, date changes., those would have to be adjusted or built in OSD to reflect on the I/O and then that would also need to be adjusted in CM360 to make sure that the cost reporting is still kept consistent.
