IAS Viewability Calculation for reporting

This explains how metrics are calculated, not what the viewable guaranteed number should be on ios.

IAS viewability is calculated in the following manner, for reference:

 

IAS removes any IVT from calculations, as well as blocked impressions and those that are not in a JavaScript environment. 

(non-JavaScript environment removed bc Viewability can't be measured if partner can't accept 3rd party .js tags



MRC standards:

Display - 50% or more of the creative in view for at least 1 second and at least 1 pixel began to render on screen.

Video - 50% or more of the creative in view for at least 2 seconds and at least 1 pixel began to render on screen.

Viewable rate - In View impressions/Measured impressions
