How to Create Default Ad Reporting in CM360

How to Create Default Ad Reporting in CM360

  1. To create a default ad report, in CM360 go to Reporting and Attribution > Report Builder > Instant Reporting > New
  2. Rename your report to something that makes sense.  Do not leave it unnamed.
  3. Setup the report exactly like the screenshot below. You can apply a default "Ad Type" filter for the report to only provide default information.
    1. Do not apply any other filters if you intend on this being a perpetual report for your brand.  You may apply campaign filters if you want to make a new default report each time.  It is easier to follow the example below and set it up and forget it:
  4. Don't forget your date range! This example used the "Last 7 days" option for the date range.
    1. Please note there is a 10% default discrepancy threshold of the entire unit goal for the package or standalone placement
  5. Schedule the report weekly and set the report for as long as the report should generate. Please note CM360 has a 10 year maximum for expiration dates.
  6. Make sure to add the account and programmatic team aliases to the Delivery section at the bottom under "Share with".
  7. You can add a message located under "+ Add people" so the teams know what the report is for.
  8. Save the message and the Schedule.
  9. Make sure the overall report is saved. The report will run on the day and cadence it has been scheduled.
  10. Done!
