The Trade Desk + CM360: Integration (Agency Wide)
The Trade Desk and CM360 have developed an integration to bypass needing to upload CM360 3PAS tags on an import sheet into the TTD platform, saving teams time and allowing for less human error. This integration does not apply to 1p served 1x1s - the process for trafficking 1x1's remains unchanged.
The AdOps team, in coordination with the Programmatic teams, will roll this process out beginning with campaigns that have a January 1st, 2026 start date and onward.
The process for the integration is outlined below:
This integration is set-up at the advertiser level in CM360 and The Trade Desk. Each CM360 advertiser will need an API Token and TTD Advertiser ID in order to complete the integration association.
Tim Reilly will provide the singular XM Agency authentication token to be implemented across all clients. This token expires every year - Tim will send through an updated token and TTD advertiser IDs each year for AdOps to implement in CM360 to ensure everything stays up to date.
Once the association is complete, the AdOps team will be able to push newly trafficked placements to The Trade Desk from CM360. After the placements are pushed, the AdOps team will alert the requesting team member to QA everything in TTD and ensure they have all of the placements they need post-trafficking.

Once AdOps pushes the placements to TTD via this integration, you will not receive tag sheets on your ticket because you should see the pushed placements in TTD platform.
