Setting Up GoToConnect Desktop

In addition to the Mobile App, you can also stay connected with the GoToConnect Desktop App!


In order to use GoToConnect's soft phone options, you will need to have an existing line configured for you. If you need a direct line and extension, please reach out to IT by submitting a Helpdesk ticket.

GoToConnect comes preinstalled in all company computers. Should you not have it, please click the following link, which should automatically download the installer to your machine: download. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete installation.

 

Once installed, you can sign in by clicking the Sign in with Microsoft button and using your Office 365 credentials. (Pro tip: your work email and password)

The GoToConnect Desktop App has all the same capabilities as a regular desk phone – access to Crossmedia's internal company directory, make/receive calls, and access to voicemail. If you have a GoToMeeting account, GoToConnect also provides a shortcut to it.

    
Please keep in mind that in order for the Jive Desktop App to make and receive calls, you must be connected to the Internet.
