How to reset Sonos Controller? 

First make sure you are connected to xmedia Wifi, Sonos Ethernet and power cables are firmly plugged in.

Next, open Sonos application on your Mac, click on Help at the top right of the page. 

In the drop down, click Reset Controller and select Sonos speaker/location to play.
