How to use Zoho's rating system after a ticket is closed.
If you want to would like to thank a member of the team for helping fulfill your request, please use Zoho’s ticket rating system instead of replying after the ticket has been closed
Using the ticket rating system allows you to rate your experience and provide feedback to the team member that assisted you. It also prevents the ticket from reopening like it does when you respond through email.
In order to use the ticket rating system simply select the option that best fits your experience from the 3 available at the bottom of the email you receive once your ticket is closed.
Then you'll be taken to a page where you can add any feedback or thanks that you would like to share with the team!
