is the creative. you can find the parameters for utm_content
by clicking source/medium on the side rail then clicking other next
to primary dimension under the graph. use the search box under other to
look for ad content>select ad content

utm_term is the placement name from gcm. clicking
source/medium on the side rail then clicking keyword on the primary dimension
under the graph.

utm_campaign is the campaign name from gcm. you can find
that by clicking campaign on the side rail

utm_source is found under source/medium. you can find that
by clicking source/medium on the side rail.
